Food for thought

  • Occupational hygiene is an integral part of an integrated risk based occupational health and safety system.
  • The protection of workers health requires sound evaluation of the risk of exposure to harmful agents and advise regarding corrective measures (That is, Occupational Hygiene expertise and sphere of influence).
  • If you can measure it, you can prove that it exist, it is under control, demonstrate compliance, etc. or otherwise (Again, Occupational Hygiene’s domain)
  • The health and safety statutes (MHS Act 26 of 1996 and/or OHS Act 85 of 1993) for workplaces sets specific obligations to the employers, to comply with the provision of these pieces of legislation as well as to act responsibly by providing the workplace environment that is safe and without risk to health of his employees.
  • Companies operate in communities that are becoming more and more aware of their rights at and away from work. And so, employer’s duty of care is more than ever before unavoidable,

Why Us

indu

Depending on the size of your company and the scope of occupational hygiene services required, it is reasonable for some companies to engage part-time or consulting occupational hygienists as opposed to full-time ones “outsourcing of services”. That’s where we come in!

surv

You may have a full-time occupational hygienist, but the reality is that there is little time amongst meetings, forums and reports to attend to occupational hygiene field work. You need a helping hand. Those niggling projects that you’ve always set aside and those that demands your precious resting hours e.g. lighting “illumination” surveys? That’s where we come in!

analy

We are living in a very competitive era and service providers are faced with a pressing necessity of remaining competitive to attract clients. That is from quality of services, that are economical and responsiveness etc. How competitive is your current service provider? That’s where we come in, a dependable alternative.
